Why it is worth a floor

Three things ordinary outbound does not have

The billing is fixed first

Seventy per cent or more of the monthly invoice is payable against a staffed, certified seat, whatever the storefront did that month. The partner is not carrying revenue risk on a product it does not price.

The desk can actually close

Self-serve tiers are paid for by card on the storefront, so a conversation can end in revenue the same day. That is why commission sits on top of the seat rate here — the seat is paid for what it produced, not for a handover.

The book compounds

Every customer closed this month becomes next year's renewal, and the same partner is paid to hold it. Addressable work grows without being prospected for, which is why mandates here are extended rather than re-tendered.

Questions

Asked before signing

Do we need software experience?

No. Akontec runs a three-tier product academy before any seat goes live and certifies two of your own people as internal trainers during the first batch. What you need is a floor that can sell and write English properly.

Can we take just one function?

Yes. Functions are allocated singly, in pairs or together. A first-time partner is allocated one function and up to fifteen seats until the first full scorecard month; running all three adds half a point to every commission rate.

When is commission actually paid?

A transaction in month M clears the thirty-day refund window during M+1 and settles with the M+2 cycle. A refund or chargeback inside sixty days reverses it in full; an account that churns inside ninety days reverses half.

Who owns the customer?

Akontec throughout. The partner works inside Akontec-provisioned systems with role-scoped access, never sees payment details, and does not contract with, invoice or solicit a customer directly.

What does it cost us to start?

A one-time induction fee of ₹1,50,000 per function and your own recruitment and payroll through the mobilisation window. There is no security deposit, no retention against invoices and no charge for tooling or data.

Functions are allotted against signed agreements,
in the order they are received.

Rates and allocations hold for forty-five days from the date of issue.
